Keller is looking for a Project Assistant based in Waynesville, NC.
Responsibilities
Assist with accounting functions at the project site
Collect and process paperwork verifying for accuracy
Communicate daily with the project field personnel
Communicate with vendors and clients
Processing weekly payroll
Preparing close out documents for clients
Answering phones
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in assisting Project Managers preferred
Degree or certificate in Accounting is preferred
Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge in Microsoft office - especially Word and Excel

Additional Information
Salary Range : $40,000- $50,000 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
