Job Duties:
* Act as the primary point of contact for field service inquiries across multiple channels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, communicate accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Use CRM tools to document interactions, track progress, and support continuous improvement efforts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries, escalate priority issues, and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate customer data, complete assigned projects and training.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 2+ years of customer service or tech support experience is required
* Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Zoom, and Salesforce - looking for someone who is tech savvy!
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
* Experience in the irrigation, turf, or landscaping industries is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $20-25/hr
* Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
* Location: 100% In Office
* Type: Temporary - 6 months with opportunity for permanent depending on business needs
