Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join a reputable organization in Millersville, MD. This full-time, in-office role supports a wide range of HR functions and requires strong HR platform experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes
Support recruiting and scheduling interviews
Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel files
Administer benefits, open enrollment, and respond to employee inquiries
Support employee relations and assist with investigations
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Coordinate employee training and engagement activities
Support performance review cycles and documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of HR generalist or coordinator-level experience
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Workday, ADP, or other HR platforms required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
