Job Description:

Currently interviewing motivated Job Captains with exceptional BIM expertise and practical experience in commercial construction document production. Our client is a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative architectural and design solutions.



Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to develop detailed digital project representations.


• Prepare and manage comprehensive construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.


• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of construction documents with industry standards.


• Identify and resolve design and construction challenges to maintain project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam


• Strong knowledge of commercial construction document production processes.


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams under deadlines.


• Strong knowledge of United States Building Regulations


• Recent 5+ years experience on projects in the United States
