Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced accounting team? A growing construction company in San Rafael is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and drive their AP function. ? What You'll Do:

• Manage the AP inbox and ensure timely responses


• Process check requests with accuracy and efficiency


• Set up new vendors and maintain vendor records


• Lead and support the AP team to quickly resolve account issues


• Track and report on potential vendor account discrepancies


• Train and onboard new AP team members


• Review invoice aging reports and follow up as needed


• Generate weekly check runs and ensure timely payments

? What We're Looking For:

• 
  Construction industry experience is a must
  


• Proven management or team leadership experience


• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field


• Hands-on experience with a robust construction ERP system
