Our customer is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Roseville, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00-22.00
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
Listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate information or solutions
Update and maintain customer records with detailed, timely notes
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Take the initiative to research solutions when answers are not immediately available
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, particularly over the phone
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Comfortable navigating and multitasking across multiple systems and tools
Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and a resourceful mindset
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Health insurance terminology and working with CRM systems is a plus!
