Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in California. This role involves supporting the daily operations of the office by performing various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain contact lists and manage office supplies inventory.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Book travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
Provide general support to visitors.
Requirements:
Proven administrative or assistant experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Required Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, typical business hours.

Additional Details:
The salary for this position ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
