Staff Accountant at Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Roseville, California

Job Description:

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end close


• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements


• Maintain and analyze financial records and reports


• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies


• Assist with audits and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field


• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience


• Strong understanding of GAAP


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with [insert system if known])


• A team player with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
