Ultimate Staffing seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join an established organization in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and guests


• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally


• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area


• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries


• Manage office calendars and conference room scheduling


• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of receptionist or front desk experience preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency with MS Office Suite


• Professional demeanor and appearance
