Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Media & Performance, this role will influence SFC's next stage of growth by identifying ways to improve lead quality, conversion, and cost-efficiency across advertising channels, with a focus on direct mail efforts.

Direct Mail:
Create and maintain an annual roadmap of direct mail campaigns across seasons, regions, and product lines.
Oversee full campaign execution-including budgeting, segmentation, creative approval, and performance tracking for 5M+ annual mail pieces (in partnership with creative team and external agency).
Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and overall support.
Manage our attribution infrastructure, including generating and tracking UTM links, dedicated URLs, tracking phone numbers, and QR codes for each campaign.
Forecast performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and provide cross-functional updates to stakeholders.
Extract actionable insights from marketing data to inform strategy, improve conversion, and reduce acquisition costs.
3rd Party Lead Generation:
Manage relationships with third-party lead generation partners (e.g., Angi, Best Picks).
Evaluate and optimize performance across partners, focusing on lead quality, conversion, and cost-effectiveness.
Explore and onboard new partner platforms aligned with business goals.
Sponsorships:
Manage the sponsorship budget and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess and execute sponsorships with local and national organizations, events, sports teams, and nonprofits.
Coordinate with local operations teams for in-kind or non-cash donations such as free services or certificates.
Events and Expos:
Serve as marketing consultant for sales-driven events, including trade shows and expos, providing internal communication and coordination support across teams leading up to and following events.
Collaborate with the Sales Team and local event managers to ensure budget approval and creative requests are routed correctly.

Requirements and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in advertising, with strong experience in direct mail required.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and digital advertising principles.
Excellent project management skills: highly organized and detail oriented.
Proven success managing large-scale campaigns, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with campaign attribution and tracking infrastructure (UTMs, QR codes, call tracking, etc.).
Analytical mindset with fluency in interpreting data and applying insights using tools like Google Analytics.
Mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint required, with working knowledge or desire to learn various AI and analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Experience supporting a nationwide organization strongly preferred.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
