Job Description:
Binghamton University's Division of Occupational Therapy, located at the newly renovated, state-of-the-art health sciences campus in Johnson City, New York, is conducting a cluster hire for its developing entry-level occupational therapy doctoral (OTD) program and invites applicants for full-time, campus-based, 10-month faculty appointments. The position encompasses teaching, innovation, and clinically driven scholarship. Faculty rank, tenure-track options, and salary depend on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Tenure-track/tenured faculty may qualify for designation as a Binghamton University Faculty Fellow.

The candidates should have at least three years of experience in occupational therapy assessment and intervention with an impressive clinical background in one or more of the following areas of practice:
Preferred candidates would have graduate-level teaching experience with experience supporting doctoral-level students in final project completion and presentation.
The program has earned ACOTE Candidacy status and launched the inaugural class in Fall 2023. Specific start dates for successful candidates are negotiable and based on the assigned course load.
