Senior Finance Manager at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

We are partnered with a brand name manufacturing company looking to build out their finance team. The Senior Finance Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for our manufacturing operations.



Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and actionable insights


• Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to optimize costs and improve financial performance


• Develop and maintain product cost models, including standard costing and variance analysis


• Support capital investment analysis, ROI modeling, and project evaluations


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive decision-making


• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and external regulatory requirements


• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes in coordination with the accounting team


• Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed


• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance financial systems and reporting


• Mentor and develop finance team members to support their professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience


• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools, including Excel and ERP systems
