Volt is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fresno, Ca.



As a Customer Service Representative you will :

• Communicate with customers via email, messaging, and phone.
• Process orders accurately, confirm pricing and shipping details, and send timely order confirmations.
• Manage order details, update shipping schedules, and coordinate with customers and sales representatives on any changes or delays.
• Assist the sales team by providing product samples, customer order history, and inventory reports.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and company events.

This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity!


Schedule : Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
The Ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of office experience; customer service or agricultural industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
