Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Rochester, NY area.


Title: Maintenance Supervisor


Location: Rochester, NY


Salary: $90,000 - $110,000


Hours: 2pm - 10:30pm


Responsibilities:


•Oversee equipment to ensure maximum energy efficiency and operational uptime


•Champion HPS initiatives and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement


•Refine the department's preventive maintenance strategies


•Streamline the selection and management of spare parts inventory


•Implement preventive measures to cut costs and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)


•Partner with the Central Maintenance team to enhance resource utilization and maintenance execution


•Lead and support the training and development of maintenance staff


•Offer technical support to maintenance personnel and other departments as needed


•Resolve and prevent recurring equipment issues


Qualifications:


•5+ years of experience


•Associate's degree is highly preferred


•Solid understanding of production machinery


•Proficient with relevant tools, including electrical testing equipment


•Strong computer skills


•Ability to read and create mechanical drawings


•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


•High level of initiative and motivation


•Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and critical thinking abilities
