Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst IV


Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION)


The Business Intelligence manager will lead the strategy, analytics and reporting across the Cloud Security marketing business to ensure the security marketing team achieves their demand and revenue goals in driving security solutions pipeline. This will be achieved by:


1. Ensuring Cloud Security Marketing meets global and regional goals set for sourced marketing pipeline by owning reporting and data analytics on a monthly basis.


2. Provide consistent and accessible data, with trends and insights to increase CSM Marketing efficiency.


3. Lead strategic security marketing projects based in data analysis to uncover new marketing opportunities and best practices.



Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment)



1. Own data reporting for monthly Security marketing metrics reviews, quarterly Cloud Marketing business reviews and quarterly sales readiness reports.


2. Prioritize and respond to adhoc data analytics tasks across the Cloud Security Marketing business in a timely manner.


3. Lead strategic projects leveraging data to uncover new insights and marketing opportunities.


4. Lead the day-to-day project management of a team of business analysts and project managers.



Skill/Experience/Education




Mandatory Education:

BA/BS degree in a related field (security, business analytics, computer science) or equivalent practical experience
Total years' experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility
8 years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, or program management.
Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role (ex. 3+ years' experience writing SQL code).
5+ years' experience in data analytics, process development and design based on data driven insights
Experience contributing to large, strategic projects, including end to end ownership of multiple deliverables key to the project's success.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Knowledge of cloud security, cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics
