Job Title: Business Execution Consultant


Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) - Charlotte, NC


Project Overview: As a contingent resource, you will support lending capabilities within the wholesale operations group during their transition from AFS to LoanIQ. Your role will involve analyzing upcoming releases and system upgrades from an operations perspective, understanding potential impacts, and collaborating with team members to find solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate upcoming LoanIQ upgrades and enhancements to determine operational impacts.


• Recommend adjustments based on impact assessments.


• Support the conversion from AFS to LoanIQ and manage the release schedule.


• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to develop solutions.


• Serve as a liaison with high-level leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.

Top Skills:

Extensive knowledge of LoanIQ systems, including understanding the inner workings and operational impacts of upgrades.

Operations experience in LoanIQ, with a strong understanding of loan building and maintenance to support operations users.

Understanding of bilateral loans (single bank to customer loans). Note: Mortgage experience is not applicable.

(Preferred) Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS).

• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.


• Initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision-making, and problem-solving.


• Effective teamwork and collaboration across all organizational levels, with flexibility and adaptability.
