Description: Our client is currently seeking a CT Tech in Charlotte, NC!

Job Type: Full-time, 13-week contract




About the Role



Join a fast-paced emergency department as a CT Technologist, where you'll work with Siemens and GE scanners to perform critical imaging procedures for diverse patient populations, including trauma cases and stroke patients. This role is essential to providing accurate diagnoses in a high-volume hospital environment.


Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans for abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
  
  


• Operate Siemens and GE scanners (required experience)
  
  


• Work within the EPIC and Visage systems for patient imaging and data management
  
  


• Collaborate with a dedicated emergency department team to deliver timely results
  
  


• Maintain high standards of patient care in a very fast-paced setting
  
  


• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety procedures
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of experience (more preferred)
  
  


• Prior experience in hospitals with 500+ beds (mandatory)
  
  


• 
  ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification required
  
  
  


• 
  BLS certification required
  
  
  


• Experience in inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings
  
  


• Ability to handle a daily caseload of 150-200 scans across 4 rooms
  
  
  


• 
  GE & Siemens scanner experience REQUIRED
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• IV starts, PACS, contrast administration, outpatient imaging experience
  
  


• Expertise using Visage for imaging procedures
  
  

Shift Details

• 
  Friday-Sunday block, 12-hour nights (7:45 PM - 8:15 AM)
  
  
  


• 
  No weekend RTO allowed
  
  
  


• 
  No call or floating requirements
  
  
  

Equipment & Procedures

• Siemens & GE scanners
  
  


• EPIC and Visage imaging systems
  
  


• Routine ED imaging, Code Stroke scans, trauma cases
