Position Overview:



The Manager of Store Supplies and Fixtures is responsible for leading a team of associates and overseeing all aspects of store supply/fixture allocation at the corporate level. This includes involvement in the procurement, ordering, monitoring of inventory levels, and budgetary reporting of all store supplies and fixtures.


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Supply Expense Specialists.

  • Oversee the store supply/fixture process including direct store orders and supplies fulfilled through our distribution network.

  • Monitor and report on supply and fixture inventory levels to ensure items are available when needed by the field.

  • Review store spending at the store, district, and regional levels to help minimize waste and overspending.

  • Evaluate supply/fixture items to ensure what is provided aligns with the needs of the business

  • Assist in cost analysis, item procurement, and contract renewals/negotiations.

  • Update weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and/or documents.

  • Develop strong partnerships with team members, field management, and other departments.

  • Assist with other operational projects as needed.

  • Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.




Qualifications:



  • High School diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening.

  • Good time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a professional environment, exercising sound judgment.


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to remain in a normal seated position regularly.

  • Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.

  • Ability to grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently.

  • Ability to bend and twist occasionally.

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
