Our client, a leading organization in Visalia, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Support Administrator to join their growing team. This entry-level position plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end order process-from placement through to payment-while ensuring compliance with internal standards and operational policies. Pay: $24-$25/hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Support daily order activities, ensuring accuracy within internal systems and timely fulfillment.
Investigate and resolve order-related discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and utilizing available technologies.
Track shipments, reconcile inventory records, and ensure accurate invoicing and pricing.
Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to monitor supply availability and resolve supply chain issues.
Manage exceptions in the order process by engaging appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
Provide proactive and responsive customer service through clear and timely communication.
Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Assist in compiling reports and updating the team on business status; contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work cross-functionally with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to meet customer and business needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
