Position: AP Specialist (Direct Hire)


Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)


Pay: $60,000-$62,000


Hours: M-F 8am-5pm



Premise:



Provide support to the department manager for key aspects of the AP process.



Key Job Details:



• Perform invoice functions daily including: Entering, coding and matching with correct work order


• Work directly with clients and vendors regarding payment/invoice concerns


• Perform daily/weekly check runs


• Assist with expense reimbursements


• Assist with GL reconciliation and month/year-end close, as needed


• Provide additional support, as needed, to the manager/supervisor



Requirements:



• 3-5 years of AP experience


• Minimum education required: Associates (bachelor's degree preferred)


• Must have advanced technology skills, including Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel and proven ability to learn new software


• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under tight deadlines


• Must be polished and professional
