Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join their client's dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to oversee and manage all human resource functions for a mid-size construction company. The HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources policies and ensuring a productive and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage all HR-related job responsibilities for a mid-size construction company.
Support daily HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, annual enrollment, and other HR functions.
Report directly to the owner of the company, providing insights and updates on HR activities.
Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and staff.
Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that arise with a professional approach.
HR experience within a construction environment preferred
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay/ Benefits
Pay $80,000 - $100,000 DOE
