Summary: We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to help with paperwork, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and other HR tasks.
Responsibilities:
Fix bi-weekly timesheets.
Prepare new hire paperwork and enter information into the computer.
Keep employee records updated.
Answer questions about employee files.
Prepare reports from personnel records.
Order office supplies and arrange equipment repairs.
Train employees on HR topics.
Assist with 6-month reviews.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
4+ years of related experience or training.
Ability to read and write business documents.
Good communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish.
