Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Analyst to join their client's team in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer service data and processes to help enhance the overall customer experience. Hybrid role - two (2) in-office days per week required - will be required to work onsite full-time during training, which may take 2-4 months depending on the individual. Responsibilities:
Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports on customer service metrics and present findings to management.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service training programs.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to management.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations.
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is preferred.
Bilingual - any language!
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Competitive pay with a maximum of $24 per hour.
