Phoenix Color Job Title: Folding Machine Operator

Lakeside Book Job Title: Bindery Operator 2

Hours & Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00pm - 5:00/7:00am

(Will train on day shift for 4-6 weeks Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm)

Pay Range: $22.00 - 23.75/hr (+ $1.00 Night Shift deferential)

Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742

• Interprets written instructions to operate Stahl folding machine; loading paper; and making ready the machine while following all safety and quality control standards.
• Completes make ready's and sets up folding machine for each run
• Maintains a neat and organized work environment
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12-hour shift, bend and reach for extended periods of time, and lift 40+ lbs
• Able to work in varying conditions
• May be exposed to controlled non-toxic chemical mists or vapors

• 2 years' bindery experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, read a ruler, and perform basic math
• High levels of attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined to fix minor machinery issues
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
