Your focus will be on leading interactions with select Semiconductor OEMs and Tier 1 customers, playing a key role in shaping strategies and delivering exceptional results.

*This position is a remote role with the successful candidate located in the Bay Area in California.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage sales activities for AST's entire product portfolio within assigned accounts, prioritizing innovation and maintaining regular, meaningful customer interactions, including site visits.
• Identify new application opportunities and act as the bridge between customers and applications or development engineering teams.
• Drive aggressive revenue growth within the account base, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for customer needs by effectively representing their requests and feedback to production, operations, quality, and management teams to deliver tailored, customer-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with key customers to understand their challenges and translate insights into impactful design outputs and offerings.
• Engage confidently with customer management and engineering contacts, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Lead program management for complex, long-term projects with qualification cycles of 12-18 months.
• Facilitate efficient communication across AST operation sites in Boise, ID; Bay Area, CA; Daytona Beach, FL; and Singapore.
• Foster collaboration and synergies across businesses within the Advanced Surface Technologies segment to drive unified success.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leverage technical resources to address customer needs and achieve business objectives.
• Support the finance team by resolving outstanding accounts receivable (AR) issues within the customer base.
• Take initiative to collaborate with site resources and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Stay informed of customer-related activities, including organizational changes, strategy updates, competition, and product advancements, as well as semiconductor industry trends such as technology roadmaps and market insights.
• Perform additional duties as required to support evolving business needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in sales, engineering, or operations, with a focus and understanding of the Semiconductor market segment; familiarity with major Semiconductor OEMs, IDMs, or foundries is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong organizational abilities.
• A proactive and self-driven individual who takes initiative, identifies challenges, and delivers practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with a demonstrated ability to utilize these tools effectively.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed, primarily within the United States.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The role involves regular verbal communication and active listening. Employees may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit, as well as use their hands for handling, feeling, or reaching with arms. The position may also require lifting and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds on occasion. The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for day-to-day operations.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including thebackground, education, training,and experience required, as well as geographicconsiderations such as cost of labor, and applicable local andstate laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position istypically $110,000- $140,000.00annually.
