Hybrid Schedule

This role has a hybrid work schedule requiring the person to be onsite 3 days a week.

What You Will Do

• Interface directly with healthcare professionals, staff, and sales representatives to perform surgical planning via phone, emails and web meetings.
• Use CAD software to manipulate 3D files and combine multiple datasets for surgical planning.
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate closely with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain detailed records of each case in accordance with the company's Quality Management System.
• View patient CT and MRI studies in DICOM format and identify anatomies of interest.
• Perform inspection of 3D printed surgical guides for quality and clinical effectiveness.
• Use hand tools to buff, clean, or modify the surgical guides as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Emerging talent with academic background complemented by internships, projects, or coursework
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven capacity to build and nurture stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision orientation
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and computing platforms
• Ability to work within compliance frameworks and documentation standards
