Location: Tucker, GA

Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a SQL Server DBA.


Job Title: SQL Server Database Administrator


On-site- Tucker, GA (hybrid)


Salary is $100-120K


Top Skills:

SQL Server Expertise: Proficient in building, managing, maintaining, performance tuning, recovery, protection, and troubleshooting of SQL Server 2018 and newer versions.

Scripting Skills: Experience with scripting, ideally PowerShell, for custom monitoring solutions beyond standard GUI tools.

Stable Work History: Preference for candidates with a stable work history. Minimum of 3 years in consulting or ideally from a full-time employment role.

Nice to Have:

Clustering Experience: Knowledge of clustering technologies.

Cloud/PostgreSQL Experience: Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Azure, and PostgreSQL, as future transitions are planned.

NoSQL Exposure: Experience with NoSQL databases.
