Job Summary:



Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Warehouse Worker, responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and the timely shipment of pharmaceutical products. This role supports the daily operations of our pharmacy warehouse and requires a detail-oriented individual with a focus on quality and productivity.



Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory and warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies, monitoring and calibrating pharmacy equipment, and filling dispensing units.
• Execute daily box preparation work, including creating and fixing shipping labels and organizing packages for shipping, mail, or courier services.
• Monitor prescription drug inventory in the pharmacy computer system to ensure accuracy and maintain proper storage conditions, including refrigeration for perishable products.
• Receive inventory shipments, verify product accuracy, and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counting activities and ensure timely completion of order processing.
• Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring the inclusion of drugs, related supplies, and patient educational materials.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in packing and/or working in a production environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.

Work Hours:

• Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM EST, with potential overtime based on business needs.
