What You'll Be Doing:



Think of yourself as the conductor of our engineering orchestra. You'll be:

• Guiding and growing a team of bright engineers, helping them level up their skills and tackle tough problems together.
• Mapping out the game plan for our engineering projects, making sure we're hitting deadlines and budgets without sacrificing quality.
• Being the go-to brain for technical questions, ensuring our designs and processes are smart, safe, and cutting-edge.
• Working hand-in-hand with our manufacturing, quality, and sales folks, making sure everything clicks from the drawing board to the final product.
• Always looking for ways to make things better, whether it's tweaking a design, improving a process, or exploring new tech.
• Keeping a close eye on the numbers, managing budgets wisely and finding cost-effective solutions.
• Making sure we're playing by the rules, following all the industry standards and safety guidelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You've got a solid engineering background (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering)


• At least 2 years or more leading engineering teams.
• You're not just book-smart; you're practically smart. You can take complex ideas and turn them into real-world solutions.
• People genuinely enjoy working with you. You're a good listener, a clear communicator, and you know how to get the best out of your team.
• You're the kind of person who sees a problem as a puzzle to be solved, and you're good at finding creative, effective answers.
• You're comfortable with the tools of the trade - CAD software and other engineering tech are probably your friends.
• You're organized, you can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, and you're good with budgets.
