The Retreat at Carolina Bay is looking for caring and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) for our Supportive Care Areas.
Our aids get the opportunity to work in an array of small personal care settings. The individual will enjoy the low staff to resident ratio to be able to provide more personalized care to our residents.
