Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing them appropriately.

  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and visitor experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with visitors and staff.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

  • Positive attitude and a helpful demeanor when interacting with others.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle various tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus.

  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills.
