Job Responsibilities:
As End of Line (EOL) Technician, you will be part of the operations team, consisting of several technicians reporting to the Industrial Controls Engineer. Based on your experience and know-how, you will assemble/disassemble vehicles according to work instructions as well as develop the assembly process together with the manufacturing engineering team.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform end of line testing, failure analysis & rework for EOL stations
Support and improve manufacturing processes
Support Quality & Process team to improve procedures
Perform rework on offline vehicles
Support and participate in data collection
Lead incident investigation & implement counter measures
Report EHS concerns and workplace hazards
Who we are looking for:
Completed high school diploma or college degree preferred
Manufacturing experience in automotive preferred
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office
Technical background and analytical skills would be an asset
Strong willingness to learn and develop
Fluent in English
Your preferred qualifications:
End of line related experience in the automotive industry of 5-7 years.
Ability to read electrical diagrams
Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
