As Pastry Chef, responsible for maintaining payroll/productivity within budgeted guidelines, developing new dessert/pastry/bread products for outlets and banquets, and maintaining quality/cost control. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Pastry leadership experience


• College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred


• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable


• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members


• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates


• Read, write and speak and understand English


• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
