Responsibilities

• As a Cook Intern, you'll have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment


• Learn and Prepare: Work alongside our chefs to prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions


• You'll learn how to meet production schedules, deliver great food, and maintain high standards of presentation and taste


• Food Safety & Cleanliness: Develop essential food safety knowledge, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness


• You'll assist in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and ensure all areas are organized according to safety standards


• You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests


• The importance of teamwork and collaboration in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications



Qualifications

• Capable of 10 week commitment


• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.


• Refined verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to stand for long periods of time.


• Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays.


• Hotel experience a plus.
