We are seeking a dynamic and organized Esports Manager to lead and oversee our esports program. This role involves managing competitive teams, organizing events, recruiting players, and growing the esports community within our organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for gaming, strong leadership skills, and experience in esports management or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Recruit, coach, and manage esports athletes, ensuring skill development and competitive performance.
Event Coordination: Organize and oversee tournaments, scrimmages, and gaming events, both online and in-person.
Strategy & Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, engagement, and branding.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate team practice schedules, travel arrangements, and tournament participation.
Community Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive gaming environment, promoting esports growth within the institution or organization.
Marketing & Outreach: Work with marketing teams to promote events, secure sponsorships, and increase visibility.
Budget & Equipment Management: Oversee esports program budgets, manage gaming equipment, and ensure facilities are up to date.
Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all players and teams adhere to league rules, codes of conduct, and fair play standards.
