BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated ORACLE DBA , for a REMOTE opportunity!






Position Title: Oracle DBA




Location: REMOTE

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months with potential to long term




Job Type: CONTRACT (=40 HRS WEEKLY)/ [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]

Pay Range: [$65/hr]-[$71/hr]


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).



Job Description:



Preferred Skills: Oracle



Responsibilities:
Database Performance Reports: Monthly and quarterly reports highlighting performance metrics and optimization efforts.
Backup and Recovery Documentation: Updated policies and procedures for data recovery.
Incident and Resolution Reports: Documentation of database incidents and the corresponding resolutions, Database Health Monitoring
Dashboards: Real-time visibility into database status and performance.
Security Audit Reports: Compliance documentation related to data access and protection.
Operational Runbooks: Step-by-step guides for common DBA tasks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Change Management Logs: Record of all database changes, including updates, patches, and configurations.
Expected Deliverable(s): Deployment
