• Shift Differential: $0.50/hr


• Paid Weekly

What will you do? Make an impact!



As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the key connection between our drivers, plant staff, and receiving teams. You'll keep things organized, moving, and compliant - all while staying in the middle of the action.



Key job responsibilities:

• Directing drivers and controlling gate traffic into the plant
  
  


• Logging and scaling inbound and outbound trucks
  
  


• Reviewing and preparing shipping documents and purchase orders
  
  


• Managing paperwork for waste shipments, including manifests and BOLs
  
  


• Communicating with area managers to ensure smooth deliveries and pickups
  
  


• Maintaining accurate electronic records in SAP and other systems
  
  


• Assisting with intercompany waste transfers and manifest tracking
  
  


• Working closely with Accounting and AP to ensure proper documentation for billing
  
  


• Performing other logistics or support duties as needed
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  


• Experience in logistics or shipping/receiving (preferred)
  
  


• Familiarity with hazardous waste shipping documents, manifests, and BOLs (a plus)
  
  


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  


• Comfort using computers and programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP (we'll train!)
  
  


• Able to work on-site and the schedule for which you are hired
  
  


• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  
  


• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
