Opportunity Hightlights

• Base Pay: $18.90/hr


• After 90 days: $19.06/hr


• Operator Pay: $1.00/hr


• Shift Differential: $1.25/hr


• Paid Weekly


• 4th Shift | 12 hour shifts | Weekends + 2 other week days

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be on the move, supporting operations in our drum storage and processing areas. Your job helps keep our plant running safely and smoothly.


Key Job Responsibilities:

• Safely unloading trailers and handling waste materials
  
  


• Staging and storing drums in the correct areas
  
  


• Prepping materials for processing - and jumping in to help with operations when needed
  
  


• Tracking drum movements and keeping records up to date
  
  


• Inspecting your forklift daily and performing basic maintenance (like cleaning and topping off fluids)
  
  


• Pitching in with other tasks to support the team
  
  


• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  


• Experience driving a forklift (required)
  
  


• Knowledge of hazardous waste handling (a plus - we'll train the right person)
  
  


• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  
  


• Basic math and problem-solving skills
  
  


• Able to wear a respirator (must be clean-shaven to ensure a proper fit)
  
  


• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
  
  


• Dependable and ready to work the assigned schedule
  
  


• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
