This is a hybrid role with the opportunity for 2 remote days. You will work at our buffalo, NY facility.

Your Role:

As a Customer Experience Representative at Ingram Micro, you will drive the success of a customer or solutions category by leveraging vendor/customer expertise to maximize growth. You will enhance customer and vendor utilization of the Xvantage platform and contribute to sales growth by focusing on activities such as recruitment, training, end-customer acquisition, pipeline development, and cross-sell initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales teams, vendors, and customers, providing valuable insights, technical expertise, and outstanding service to help identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Xvantage Platform Expertise: Drive insights for reseller partners and vendors, identifying opportunities to increase usage of the Xvantage platform and enhance customer/vendor engagement.


  • Solution Enablement: Build a comprehensive understanding of the products and services within the organization to develop effective solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings to position Ingram Micro as a market leader.


  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, assist in pre-sales activities (including demonstrations and proposal development), and recommend suitable solutions.


  • Customer Engagement: Engage proactively with customers to understand their challenges and goals, providing personalized recommendations that foster strong, lasting relationships.


  • Customer/Vendor Relations: Work closely with key vendors to stay updated on product developments, promotions, and marketing campaigns, ensuring the best solutions and value for customers.

What You Bring To The Role:


  • Experience in a sales or solutions role within the technology industry, preferably with a focus on platform products or services.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of functional experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $47,300.00 - $75,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
