Job Description:

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Description: Our client is currently seeking a ATM Monitoring Specialist (Data Entry). This role is ONSITE in Phoenix w/ the potential to go HYBRID after 6 months.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Monitoring ATM status (Attention to Detail)


• Assist with ATM balancing (Excel)


• ATM Cash Ordering (Back up)


• No video monitoring. Phone will be a requirement but volume for this team is very low. Less than 10 calls a day


• Additional Tasks as assigned related to ATMs


• Assist with Card Settlement (Excel)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Past ATM Management experience (Not a Manager as in a leadership)


• Change Readiness as we are going though many changes


• Ability to work onsite


• Communication Written and Verbally


• Positive Attitude


• Great collaboration/teamwork


• Ability to use Excel


• Attention detail
