Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations management and key business partners to define business processes and key metrics.


• Develop functional and visual prototypes with operations management to define requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy.


• Process-oriented, structured, and organized approach to work.


• Ability to collaborate with the team to define, create, identify trends, and generate reporting and process flows to accurately monitor, measure, and analyze business performance and key metrics.


• Develop functional and visual prototypes to define processes.


• Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.


• Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.


• Experience identifying KPIs with customers and leveraging them to build dashboards utilizing KPIs and other supporting analytic views.


• Proven ability to manage deadlines, workload, and multiple complex projects.


• Team and customer-focused.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to design, evaluate, and interpret complex data solutions based on technical, business, and industry knowledge.


• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate business and complex technical information to non-technical audiences.


• Ability to influence, motivate, and lead individuals and teams/units in analytical software development solutions.
