Position Overview



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/CCMA/RCMA) for a contract role at our Bayonne, NJ location. The role will involve providing direct patient care, ensuring proper documentation, performing laboratory testing, and supporting vaccination efforts. The ideal candidate should excel in a clinical setting, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and bring a patient-focused attitude.




Key Responsibilities

Patient Care and Documentation

• Process patient information accurately and maintain thorough records.
  
  

Vaccinations

• Administer various vaccines while adhering to proper protocols.
  
  

Laboratory Testing

• Conduct tests for COVID-19, Influenza, Strep, and RSV.
  
  

Urine Collection

• Perform urine collection following established guidelines.
  
  

Daily Logs

• Maintain and review daily logs, including fridge temperature checks for vaccine storage.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Professional certification: CMA/CCMA/RCMA Certificate.
  
  


• Experience in the following areas:
  
  


• Patient processing and documentation.
  
  


• Vaccination administration.
  
  


• Laboratory testing procedures.
  
  


• Urine collection.
  
  


• Monitoring and recording fridge temperatures for vaccines.
