The Community Manager role involves overseeing the development, installation, and ongoing support of conference and meeting room solutions, as well as managing site amenities, work requests, and enhancing the overall experience for colleagues and guests.
What you'll do
Manage service requests through the GetService system, providing clear and timely status updates
Coordinate internal and external communications for meetings and events
Lead support for high-visibility corporate events, town halls, and other gatherings
Ensure optimal functionality of office equipment and amenities
Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and vendors
Manage room bookings, conference facilities, and related logistics
Drive colleague engagement initiatives including special events and programming
Perform comprehensive event management from planning through execution and evaluation
Oversee signage needs including digital display updates and event printing support
Deliver exceptional visitor experiences with professional greeting and orientation
Support new hire onboarding through site tours and orientation activities
Anticipate workplace needs and provide solutions before they become issues
