Job Description :


The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy for our multi-state business. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and values while overseeing and leading the HR department. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in handling complex HR matters, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of effectively managing HR functions across different states.



Responsibilities: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate and address HR needs in line with organizational growth and expansion plans.

  • Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all states of operation.

  • Work closely with legal counsel to address any HR-related legal issues and maintain updated policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to hiring across multiple locations.

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the company culture.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, disputes, and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational success.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters, including coaching and development plans.

  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive and comprehensive employee benefits programs.

  • Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning and Development department to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Implement a continuous learning culture that supports employee growth and career advancement.






Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certified

  • Proven experience as an HR manager in a multi-state environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
