Marketing Brand Ambassador


Location: Roseville, MN


Position Type: Hybrid | Direct Hire


Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000


The Role:


Beacon Hill's client is looking for a Marketing Brand Ambassador to join their team in Roseville, MN. As the Marketing Brand Ambassador , you'll be the public face and voice of the studio-representing us at global events, retailer meetings, and major conventions. You will create and deliver high-impact presentations, forge strong relationships with industry partners, and bring valuable audience insights back to the team. A strong communicator with a passion for games, you'll help elevate our brand presence on a global stage.


This is an exciting direct hire position that is onsite in Roseville, MN.


What You'll Do

• Serve as the lead spokesperson at B2B and B2C events including conventions, trade shows, and promotional appearances.


• Develop and deliver captivating presentations tailored to audiences ranging from retailers to fans.


• Host panels and virtual events tied to product launches and marketing campaigns.


• Collaborate with leadership to become a subject matter expert on each game line.


• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners across the industry.


• Collect and share feedback from events to inform future marketing strategies.


• Coordinate and manage all presentation materials in compliance with licensing and brand standards.


• Develop and maintain a master calendar of key events and announcements.


• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to help keep the studio at the forefront of tabletop gaming.


• Travel regularly (domestically and internationally), including some nights and weekends.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding public speaking skills and a charismatic, engaging presence.


• Deep familiarity with the tabletop gaming space and its audiences.


• Expert-level PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat skills.


• Experience hosting or moderating panels (including on-camera).


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.


• Strong collaborator with cross-functional communication skills.


• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent experience.


• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or spokesperson roles.


• Experience presenting onstage at large events (200+ attendees) is a significant plus.

Bonus If You Have

• Professional background in gaming, entertainment, or events.


• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Additional Info

• Candidate must be based in Minnesota or willing to relocate.
