Responsible for preparing tax, title, and legal transfer documents for vehicle sales, as well as costing and posting deals to accounting records.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare tax and title documents promptly.
Review contracts to ensure they meet required specifications.
Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner.
Maintain customer satisfaction (CSI) at or above company standards.
Process paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Maintain organized files of tax and legal transfer documents.
