Commercial Property Manager at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Deerfield, Illinois

Job Description:

Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee operations, tenant relations, and financial management across a diverse portfolio.



Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.


• Oversee vendor performance and negotiate service contracts.


• Conduct site inspections and recommend property enhancements.


• Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease compliance.


• Provide responsive tenant service and manage A/R collections.


• Prepare operating budgets and conduct year-end expense reconciliations.


• Utilize Yardi Voyager for financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience (office, retail, industrial, multi-family).


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat.


• Familiarity with commercial leases and service contracts.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.


• Experience with Yardi, construction, or project management is a plus.
