Volt is immediately hiring for Client Services Specialist in Santa Barbara, CA.
As a Client Services Specialist you will:
Assist customers who visit the office
Participate in weekly leasing meetings
Process rental applications, including credit checks and verifying rental history and employment
Inform rental applicants of their application status
Prepare rental agreements and addendums
Schedule lease signings and move-ins
Manage lease assignments and subleases
Respond to tenant inquiries about available units, leasing, assignments/sublets, general office questions, move-out procedures, and resident ledger questions
Oversee parking lists, agreements, and rentals
Conduct follow-up calls to new residents after move-in
Keep the workspace and lobby organized and clean
Apply company policies appropriately
Work effectively as part of a team
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, M-F 8am-5pm, in-office opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Maintain a professional appearance

Clear and legible handwriting
Reliable and punctual attendance
Strong teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to perform well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
Pay Rate:$21-$23/ hour
