Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager to join our team and lead the transformation of our technology adoption process. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact by working with cross-functional teams to enhance our service and advisor tools.
Responsibilities

• Facilitate evaluation sessions with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to align on the new adoption process.
• Develop and implement action plans to address adoption gaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps.
• Test and continuously improve the adoption process to ensure its effectiveness.
• Provide insights and feedback to the core team based on evaluation sessions.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a change management role or product ownership role.
• Proven experience with process engineering, service blueprinting, or service model design.
• Strong ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in our Minneapolis office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Background in technology adoption processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
