Position Overview
Ready to join our team? In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residential customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with us. From initial inquiries to ongoing service, you'll manage basic sales, schedule appointments, address billing needs, and provide exceptional support. Additionally, you'll collaborate with team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, recommend services, and sell pest control solutions.
Schedule service appointments for new and existing customers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Process service requests, cancellations, and routing of sales leads with attention to detail.
Handle payment processing, resolve billing issues, and manage customer collections with professionalism and empathy.
Provide overflow support to other teams as needed.
What You Bring
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or office-based customer service role.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative sales skills to build trust and provide the best solutions for customers.
Familiarity with basic computer functions, Microsoft Office applications, and a minimum keyboarding speed of 40 WPM.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; stable work history and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Prolonged sitting and computer use; ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions.
Mobility to work in a standard office setting with use of a computer, keyboard, and phone.
Some overtime is required in warm months, including occasional Saturdays.
